Canal Park Brewing Company is inspired by the unruly spirit that occupies the North and South shore of Lake Superior. They brew beer and serve food to satisfy the thirsty travelers who buzz up and down the fresh coast. Their goal is to create curiosity in craft beer styles by brewing consistently epic batches and to build brew culture in our hometown, Duluth.

BREISS MALT
We care a whole heck of a lot about sourcing and brewing with the best local ingredients that we can possible dig up. We are lucky that Briess is right in our backyard; the Chilton, WI malter has been making the industry’s best malts and brewing ingredients for over 130 years.

BRULE RIVER HILL TOP HOPS
Hop, lock and drop it. This small scale hop yard in mighty Brule, WI is hard-core and dedicated to growing high quality hops for our brewing, and your tasting, pleasure. We have really enjoyed getting to know them and look forward to a life long partnership.

FROST RIVER
If we were going to have growler bags, we knew they had to be locally manufactured. That thought led us to the door step of Frost River, a soft goods manufacturer right here in Duluth. Their lead designer and craftsman went as far as to design a less expensive, tough as nails, nylon option for campus life here on the Northcoast.
