Our Family Resort is located on the Poplar River just a mile off Lake Superior’s North Shore, offers a unique experience for all interests. All Lodge Rooms were part of a major lodge renovation and were newly decorated just before the ski season of 2008. The new rooms have new HVAC, bedding, furnishings, carpeting, 32″ flat screen TVs and a new fresh decor. The bathrooms were updated with new lighting, vanities with granite counter tops… all improvements to make your stay with Caribou Highlands Lodge so much more comfortable. Lodge Rooms will still have the conveniences of DVD players, microwave, mini-refrigerator, and coffee maker.
