Welcome to MacArthur House B&B a premier bed & breakfast located in Grand Marais, Minnesota. Their home is truly beautiful, spacious and relaxing!

Located in the harbor town of Grand Marais, Minnesota, they are conveniently located 1/2 block off the popular Gunflint Trail, 2 blocks from the north shore of Lake Superior, and 4 blocks from the center of town. Grand Marais is well known for fine dining, shopping, art galleries and theater. All of which are only a short walk from our front door.

The home was designed and built as a bed & breakfast.  All suites and rooms are large and spacious. “Guests often remark how wonderful the size of the house and rooms.” Each room has its own private bathroom with shower or tub. The décor is tasteful and pleasant. Common areas are furnished casually so guests feel completely at home. They invite you to warm yourself by the fireplace in our living room, listen to music, watch a movie, and most importantly just relax.

MacArthur House Bed & Breakfast offer a complimentary full breakfast every day. Breakfasts are served in a communal setting at 8:30 am. Fruit is served everyday. Main dishes alternate between savory or sweet. Coffee lovers…MacArthur House serves a unique, fair trade, and organic coffee purchased locally. They also offer a variety of Stash teas for the tea lovers.
